Der sollte lieber ein Buch lesen als den schönen Zylinderkopf zu versauen. Sehr schlecht gemacht. Kanäle poliert man nicht!

i know it is not …
i know it is not specially the best way to go in some points, but i made it by myself and i’m happy with the result.the engine is runing great and produce a good power.the project is just to run great with TD04HL15G, smics and water injection. i think we all need to respect all the work made by people that are not specialized on head porting. people who modify heads know it’s not that easy ! so discussing about bad-good points of porting ok, but when posing bads comments, explain why !

usually the intake …
usually the intake is polished to a satan finish because fuel will collect on highly polished surfaces. and the proper explanation is the ports need to be rough to keep the fuel atomized. i know that and your a ing idiot if you think it has “thermal coating” stock and “free hand” well thats how porting is done unless you own a cnc machine and know how to program a good porter can make all the ports the same.

the point is noob i …
the point is noob i said port and polish for dummies when you shine the intake ports to a shine you change the flow of the fuel a rough suface makes a spiral funel type effect when you grind all the thermal coating off it s it up he is grinding free hand this means all the ports are going to take the fuel differant you will loose performance WILL SOMEONE HELP ME OUT AND TELL THIS PLEASE
