Well it depends on what need more… oversize generally gives a bigger sweetspot, and thus are more forgiving, but is less consistent or controllable than midsize. Its a trade off that depends on the person playing with the racquet. There is no on "better" racquet. If you can, go out and hit with both and see what suits your needs. References :
I'm with sophie on this one. They are both very control-oriented racquets, and are fairly heavy.
Basically, the oversize will have a little more power than the midplus, but a little less control. And it will also be a little more forgiving.
The midplus is good if you don't need the little boost of power, and is a solid, easy to control racquet.
They also have a midsize, which would be like the midplus but more extreme on the control side.
I would suggest trying all three, and then see what you like best. If you can generate enough power on your own, you might want to go with the midplus or midsize rather than the oversize. The smaller head sizes (I find) are a little more solid at the net, too. Also, as you improve, you might find yourself appreciating the smaller head size a little more. References :

If your a beginner go oversize but if u already know how to play well enough then go midplus.

it all depends on what feels right to you personly i would go for the oversize because it will last longer but it is all up to you
